The Mission
The conference celebrating the 70th anniversary of the youth-led organization represented a huge milestone for AIESEC. International Congress 2018 created a space for AIESEC representatives across the global network to gather and work together on the future of the organization. The assignment of the Creative team was to deliver various types of content for a large and diverse audience in the span of one week.

Since the conference, the content created for 7 social media platforms has reached more than 1,4 million people and has engaged more than 27,000 users.

We worked closely with event planners to provide the most cohesive and professional coverage. Delivering in real-time and partner-oriented content over the span of 8 days. We captured subtle moments of the event showcasing the magic of the conference.

Intro
The yearly conference of AIESEC, this time held in Hurghada, Egypt, marked as the 70th anniversary of the global organization. The event united over 600 delegates from more than 120 countries, tasked with deciding on the current and the future state of the organization. Additionally, the conference brought together multiple global partners and contributed to the value of the event.



The Process
We planned and delivered real-time and partner-oriented content over the span of 8 days. In forms of photography, video materials and digital graphics. We built a content calendar that was tailored to the agenda of the event and a process which delivered content at a high standard in the shortest amount of time. The contribution made by myself to the well oiled machine was through photography and efficient post production workflow.



Conclusion
The content had the goal of improving the experience of both physical and virtual attendees of the event. To fulfil this goal hundreds of photos and raw footage captured had to be processed, checked, uploaded and shared on the in one day. Efficiency and teamwork from all the 14 creatives involved were essential.



The results
Inventive approaches and cleverly used resources contributed greatly for a seamless experience for all participants. From the pre-event until the post event phase of the porject, the content created for 7 social media platforms has reached more than 1,4 mill people and has engaged more than 27,000 users.
